石楼镇是中国广东省广州市番禺区下辖的一个镇，位于番禺区东部。辖区总面积126.5平方公里，人口12万多人。镇内有羊城新八景之一的莲花山和全国重点文物保护单位之一的莲花山古采石场。
Shilou Town is a town under the jurisdiction of Panyu District, Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province, China. It is located in the east of Panyu District. 石楼镇，隶属于广东省广州市番禺区，地处番禺区东部，东临狮子洋，南至沙湾水道，西邻石碁镇，北与化龙镇接壤， 区域总面积126平方千米。 截至2019年末，石楼镇户籍人口为97268人。
清代，属茭塘司的大岭堡和圣堂堡；1987年，石楼区改为石楼镇；2002年3月，莲花山镇并入石楼镇。
清代，属茭塘司的大岭堡和圣堂堡。
清末及民国时，属岗尾社乡。
1949年10月，为禺南东区乡办事处驻地。
1950年5月，改为第二区。
1953年春，二区分为三区和四区，石楼为三区驻地。
1955年秋，改称石楼区。
1958年10月，三个大乡并为石楼团；同年12月，为石楼基层公社。
1959年3月，为石楼公社；同时析出莲花山和化龙两个公社。
1984年，为石楼区。
1987年，石楼区改为石楼镇。
建国前，莲花山无人定居。
1957年2月至1958年11月，墩头基等9个渔业生产合作社成员先后迁来定居，建立渔民乡。
1958年12月，为莲花山渔民营。
1959年3月，析出为莲花山公社。
1984年，为莲花山区。
1987年，莲花山区改为莲花山镇。
2002年3月，莲花山镇并入石楼镇。

In the spring of 1953, the second district was divided into the third district and the fourth district, and Shilou was the resident of the third district.
In the autumn of 1955, it was renamed Shilou District.
In October 1958, the three large townships were merged into the Shilou regiment; in December of the same year, the Shilou grass-roots commune.
In March 1959, it was Shilou commune; at the same time, two communes, Lianhuashan and Hualong, were separated.
In 1984, it was Shilou District.
In 1987, Shilou District was changed to Shilou Town.
Before the founding of the People’s Republic of China, Lianhuashan was uninhabited.
From February 1957 to November 1958, members of 9 fishery production cooperatives including Duntouji moved to settle down and established fishermen’s township.
In December 1958, it was the Lianhuashan Fishery Camp.
In March 1959, it was separated into Lianhuashan Commune.
In 1984, it was the Lotus Mountain.
In 1987, Lianhuashan District was changed to Lianhuashan Town.
In March 2002, Lianhuashan Town was merged into Shilou Town.
