⏰ 一、比赛什么时候开始？
2021/10/15-12/15进行比赛报名、提交作品；
2021/12/26/-2022/1/30/进行网络展播、网络人气奖投票、评审、颁奖。
⏰ I. Agenda
October 15—December 15, 2021: Registration, submission of works, online presentation
December 26, 2021—January 1, 2022: Voting for Internet Popularity Award, reviewing and grading, prize presentation
💎 二、谁可以参加？
① 参赛对象面向全球热爱、学习中文的外国朋友；
② 参赛者须母语非中文、非中国国籍；
③ 未成年参赛须取得监护人同意。
💎 II. Registration
1. The contest is open to international friends who love and learn Chinese.
2. Contestants must be non-Chinese citizens whose mother tongue is other than Chinese.
3. Participants of minors must obtain the consent of their guardians.
🎈 三、如何参赛？
🖥 ① 参赛选手登录云配音比赛官方网站 ，在指定中文影视作品中选择1-3个素材下载，自行录制后横屏视频(16:9）后，通过邮箱提交作品参赛。
🏠 ② 在京选手可到中文联盟演播室录制参赛作品。
🎈 III.Methods of Participation
🖥 Method No. 1: Contestants log on to the official website of the Online Dubbing Competition ( and choose 1-3 clips to download from the specified Chinese film and television works, record your own horizontal video (16:9), and then submit your entry via email.
🏠 Method No. 2:Contestants in Beijing can record their entries in the ChinesePlus studio.

💡 视频拍摄提醒：
1.横屏拍。（16:9）
2.拍半身。
3.电视剧、电影静音播放，只录自己声音，提交的视频里只有选手自己的画面和声音。
4.如视频素材中有多个角色，只选择一个主要角色进行录制就好。
💡 Video shooting requirements.
1. Horizontal screen shooting.(16:9)
2. Shoot half-body scenes.
3. TV episodes and movies played on mute, and submit the video with only the player’s own picture and voice.
4. If there are multiple characters in the video material, just choose one main character to record.
