每年四月的第三个星期，是沙巴仙本那巴瑶族的大日子，彩船祭Regatta Lepa。Regatta在巴瑶语中是庆典，而Lepa是小船的意思，顾名思义，巴瑶族人在这天就会把家里的船装饰得非常华丽，然后在海上做大规模的彩船巡演，场面壮观。
