大家千祈唔好以為澳洲咁大，就一定人人有屋住，最近澳洲鬧租盤荒，真係手快有手慢無，全國租盤空置率跌至歷史低位0.9%。近日有唔少嘅澳洲本地新聞報導，愈嚟愈多澳洲人搵唔到屋住，結果要被迫長期露營﹑瞓車，甚至淪落街頭。
喺澳洲全面通關後，大批新移民及學子湧入澳洲，令租盤更加爭崩頭，全國租金一年升咗9.5%。澳洲政府最近宣布大幅增加移民配額，會喺呢個財政年度將永久居留移民人數上限增加3.5萬人，令總人數上限增至19.5萬人，係澳洲10年來首次增加永久居留移民人數上限，隨住移民人口急升，勢必令租樓危機進一步惡化。
