好消息：#簽證有可能不再需要親自到領館面試了!

到2022年底前，美國在世界各地領館的簽證面試官員，能夠有權利決定某些簽證類別的申請人，不需要面試就能夠發行簽證。

如果你持有 H-1, H-3, H-4, L, O, P, Q 非移民簽證，而且從居住國或同國籍的國家遞交申請，也沒有明確簽發問題，如：過去有被拒簽、有觸犯過移民法，除非過去的問題已經事後解決

初次申請簽證：

** #免簽國的國民 (通稱 ESTA、電子簽證、落地簽證)

** #有已經利用ESTA入境美國過

續簽申請：

*** #曾成功拿過任何種類的美國簽證

Great news! Work visas may now be issued without personally appearing for visa interviews!

Consulate officers around the world may now issue certain types of work visas without needing to interview the applicant. If you are applying for H, L, O, P, or Q visa categories, applying from your country of nationality or residence, and do not have prior immigration violations, then you may qualify.
