Some Hong Kong people purchased the 350,000 € properties in Lisboa to meet the minimum requirment of the Golden Visa application. Only after the property was purcahsed and application was submited, the government declined the proposal, claiming that the building does not fall into the “regenerated” house as defined by the requirement. It is imperative therefore to work with local laywers, that the property that you are going to purchase falls into the requirement.
After hutting for more than 50 properties in the last 2 weeks, this is a “rare-found” that I would like to introduce to you. Located in the upper class “barrio” of the city, halved the per sqm price by average, it is a spacious house with terrace that can easily obtain 8 % of the rental yield ( doubled the usual 4% as indicated as the Lisboa average)
