吴式64式太极剑简介
吴式太极剑，又称吴式六十四剑，是传统的太极剑流派之一。这套剑以意形并重，深受广大群众喜爱，在国内外广泛流传，是教学中之佳品，吴式传统64 式太极剑属于绵体剑型。既有武术攻防意识特点，又符合太极拳虚实变化，动静分明，以意导剑的原则。吴氏传统太极剑的特点是：双手剑，左手剑，剑法丰富，技法精妙，潇洒大方，身心双修，虚实分明，动作轻松自然，舒展大方，造型美观，柔和连绵，细腻灵活为特点，是太极剑中难度最大的一套剑法，演练要求：神形剑三者一体，剑法清楚，动定变转协调一致，内外融合一气。
