豬扒四塊 – 4 pieces of pork chops
羅勒葉一湯匙 – 1tbsp of basil
鼠尾草一湯匙 – 1tbsp of sage
奧勒崗一湯匙 – 1tbsp of oregano
百里香一湯匙 – 1tbsp of thyme
荷蘭芹碎一湯匙 – 1tbsp of dried parsley
三隻雞蛋 – 3 eggs
牛奶三湯匙 – 3tbsp of milk
麵包糠¾杯 – 3/4cup of breadcrumbs
巴馬臣芝士碎¼杯 – 1/4 cup of grated parmesan cheese
鹽一茶匙 – 1tsp of salt
黑胡椒粉一茶匙 – 1tsp of blackpepper
蒜粉一湯匙 – 1tbsp of garlic powder
牛油10克 – 10g of butter
