Today I’ll be talking about the newest Citizenship programme within the Caribbean region and that is the country of St. Lucia.
Unlike the other Caribbean citizenship programmes, St. Lucia offers 3 different investment options to our clients. Option 1 is the donation to the government fund, option number 2 is an investment into government approved real estate and option number 3 is an investment into a government bond.
The donation option to the national economic fund in St. Lucia starts from as little as $100,000 per single applicant. The second option is an investment into government approved real estate within St. Lucia, which starts from $300,000. The final option that our clients have is a $250,000 investment into a government bond.

So what are the benefits of the St. Lucian passport?
Like with all of the other Caribbean countries, it is a beautiful place to live and reside and attracts 100,000’s of tourists on an annual basis.
